Custom Topic and Speech

Terms and conditions applicable to the Services are as follows: Host Organization understands and agrees that Speaker is not responsible for any audience offense taken to topics addressed in speech, Speaker’s content is all their own and may not be reflective of that of the Host Organization; Speaker is not responsible to market or promote events prior to the event date. Host Organization is fully responsible for audience size, event participation and marketing; Host Organization agrees that Speaker shall have the right to use any content that is captured or produced at event for promotional purposes; Host Organization agrees to cover all Speaker’s travel, lodging and transportation costs. Included is, Airfare, Bags, Uber/Lyft/Taxi, Hotel/Airbnb, Metro. Not included in this is any food, refreshments, fast-travel airport services such as Clear or TSA Precheck, or extra, non-related event expenditures; The Host Organization is not responsible to book flights, hotels, or any transportation for the Speaker, unless otherwise stipulated and agreed upon; Canceling the event for any reason, after the purchasing of airfare and hotel will require the Host Organization to pay for all travel and hotel fees that Speaker covered for the event. If the event date is moved, the Host Organization is required to pay for all fees related to the change in event dates. Host Organization will not be required to pay for speeches, upon event cancellation. Host Organization understands and agrees to Speaker’s pricing. Host Organization acknowledges prices are non-negotiable. $400 per pre-written speech, may come with slides. $400 for a debate style event. $500 per customized speech. $600 per customized speech with slides. A Question and Answer section is included in all of the prices listed above. All prices effective January 1st, 2023. Speaker shall provide relevant slides to accompany speech if applicable, electric remote, adapter, and computer for the duration of the event. Host Organization commits to providing a: Podium or table for the Speaker to use while speaking. If applicable, a projector or means of displaying slides to the audience. If applicable, an HDMI cord to connect the computer to the projector. Water for the Speaker. Speaker shall send invoice via “Email” to Host Organization within ten (10) business days of conclusion of event with full fees due; Payment method is provided in invoice; A late fee of fifteen percent of amounts due shall be payable to Speaker in the event Host Organization fails to pay amounts due within thirty (30) days following receipt of a monthly invoice from Speaker. Payment method is provided in invoice;
